Two babies voluntarily endorsed to ADDFII Infant Care at Apalit Pampanga

Two female one-month old babies, are being admitted to ADDFII Infant Care at ADD Convention Center Compound, Apalit; Pampanga at 12:30 in the afternoon of November 22, 2012.

Both infants were referred by ‘Kaisahang Buhay Foundation, Inc.’ (KBF) Home for Single Mothers’ based in Project 4 Quezon City. Said babies were voluntarily surrendered by their parents for shelter and care owing to personal reasons.

Ms. Maria Cecilia Dela Cruz, KBF social worker in-charge, is instrumental in facilitating referral and transfer to ADD Foundation for the care and protection of the young ones. Admission form and other necessary documentation plus Intake interview notes are supplied.

Mothers of both kiddies are clients of KBF ‘Home for Single Mothers’ during their pregnancies until after one month of their deliveries. Both are single mothers in crisis situation.

While at the custody of ADDFII Infant Care, the babies will be provided with holistic health care services including medical and nursing attention via a group of allied medical professionals on an eight hour shift as caregivers of the infants, with the provisioning of their nutritional needs and monitoring of their growth and development.

ADDFII Infant Care provides a safe home and an environment of love while the children are awaiting a permanent adoptive home and/or are integrated with their birth families or blood relations. ADDFII Infant Care adheres to a policy practice of integrated care and wholesome development for children under its care.
